Beauty Craft washroom systems offer specifiers a choice of two distinct systems, DUPLO and STANDARD, each meeting particular functional or budgetary requirements and all satisfying the standards of quality for which we are renowned. Quality, reliability and value for money are what our clients have come to expect. ML18 DUPLO is a system for dry conditions only. All doors and panels are manufactured from 18mm Melteca board. All exposed edges are finished with 2mm profiled PVC edging. SM13 DUPLO is a system for high humidity and wet areas. All doors and panels are manufactured from either 13mm Compact Laminate or 13mm SWISSCDF, both offering high impact and vandal resistance. When machined these surfaces present a distinctive black edge. SM13 DUPLO in Compact Laminate is waterproof and allows cubicles to be hosed down. VANITY UNITS

Compact vanity tops are a popular choice in commercial applications, ideal to match your current toilet / Shower Partitions, or to create an entirely new theme. For residential applications our laminate range is available using an MDF or Marine ply substrate. CUBICLE HARDWARE

All satin anodised aluminium cubicle hardware and profiles are locally manufactured. All fixings are stainless steel. We have recently acquired European nylon hardware in a range of vibrant colours, perfect for kindergarten cubicles.
All hardware and fittings are manufactured to the appropriate industry standards retaining their quality appearance despite heavy use.

• Headrail: Extruded aluminium slimline channel gives maximum rigidity to cubicle. Slimline design blends in neatly with other channels, up to five meters in length. Satin anodized as a standard finish
• Fixing Channels: Extruded aluminium channels allow for 'hidden' adjustments. Give added rigidity to cubicles. Design maximises privacy. Satin Anodized as standard finish.
• Locking system with sliding Bolt: Functional in design, temper resistant, low in maintenance. Door knob with door stop. Clear occupancy indicator, with emergency release to side of indicator. Satin Anodized as standard finish.

• Support Legs: Provide a strong and safe base for the cubicle. Stylish, yet practical and easy to install. Standard 150 floor clearance. Concealed fixing to prevent tampering. Easy to clean. Satin Anodized as standard finish.
• Hinges: MK2 Standard Aluminium Hinges. Three hinges per door, for increased safety. Strong and low in maintenance. Satin Anodized as standard finish.
• Door Profile: Unique extruded aluminium flush section. Adds rigidity to the cubicle. Stylish in appearance. Fitted with door cushioning strip. Provides maximum privacy.
